Wuhan condom brand Jissbon
parodies the starting sequence of 007 films. Their Chinese name Jieshi Bang is the phonetic rendering of James
Bond. They may be designed to stop reproduction, but as well as their James Bond parody, their logo is also uncannily
similar to Durex's. In fact, Durex were the first Western company to win an IPR lawsuit in China when, in 2003, a
Chinese court ruled that material from their website had been used by Jissbon, The Times reported. The
real clincher was the Durex name that they had somehow left on the copied materials.
