Comments:  Nemo and the team of volunteers are doing a fabulous job in raising our awareness of this criminal act and saving at least a few of the storks. Hopefully their brave actions will make it much less likely that there will be similar incidents in the future. In a country where food safety is such a topical issue I can't really understand why anyone would use poison to kill a bird (wild or not) that was destined to be eaten. GREAT JOB FOLKS - TOTAL RESPECT!

Comments:  For many years now I have seen the numbers of migratory birds of East Siberia falling.  Foreign ornithologists surveying our taiga, steppe, lakes and rivers are surprised: - but where are the birds?  Each year fewer and fewer return in the spring. This extermination of migratory birds on their way to their wintering grounds and at the grounds themselves must be stopped!  This is a serious international problem.  And thank you, Chinese activists, for saving migratory birds!

Comments:  Congratulations on taking such a brave stance. Illegal bird trapping reflects very badly on China. Many of us do understand that not all Chinese trap birds of course and I would like to offer my support to your campaign from here in England and help you stop this cruelty and unnecessary killing taking place.
